Valuation Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated Valuation Surveyor to join a leading property consultancy in the Thames Valley area. The Role:
As part of the Valuation team, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality strategic advice to a broad range of clients, including banking, corporate, and private clients. You’ll manage your own projects and client relationships, playing a key role in the growth of the valuation team.

Role & responsibilities of the Valuation Surveyor:

  • Inspect and value office, retail, industrial, and residential properties, as well as development sites
  • Produce detailed valuation advice for a variety of clients
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships, while identifying new business opportunities
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, delivering the highest level of service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Skills & Experience of the Valuation Surveyor:

  • Qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer
  • Strong experience in the valuation market, with proven success in delivering accurate and insightful valuation advice
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Good knowledge of the Oxford/Thames Valley area and existing relationships with local banks is highly desirable
  • Confidence in business development and fostering client relationships
