This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading medium size consultancy and take ownership of high-profile projects across the South. You’ll be working as part of a multi-disciplinary office working on a range of projects (up to £50m in value) across healthcare, education, residential and leisure.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from inception to completion, building strong client relationships
- Deliver cost management services, budgeting, cost control, and value engineering
- Administer NEC and JCT contracts, ensuring commercial success
- Take responsibility for risk management, reporting, and compliance
- Mentor junior staff and support team growth
Skills & Experience
- MRICS (or working towards) with PQS consultancy experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and contract administration
- Experience across NEC and JCT contracts
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
