Established for over 80 years, this medium sized company has an enviable reputation for delivery of successful projects throughout the UK and provide services including Quantity Surveying and Cost Management, Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Building Surveying. Their projects range in value from £100K to £100M, across a diverse range of sectors including retail, industrial, residential and hotels.
Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Feasibility and cost planning
- Procurement advice
- Tender documentation
- Post contract services
- Client facing, ensuring high standard of technical delivery
Skills & Experience of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- MRICS Qualified or another construction related subject
- Worked for a consultancy or end user
- Building long term relationships
- Prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
- Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
Salary & Benefits:
