Managing projects throughout the various stages their core services cover Project Management. Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy, Contract Administration / Employers Agent and Principal Designer. The successful candidate will be passionate about continuous mentoring and long-term development.

Skills & Experience of the Senior Project Manager:

  • Ideally RICS, CIOB or APM
  • Strong understanding of construction and development processes
  • Good knowledge and experience of construction contract management
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and written ability
  • Able to write clear, concise reports, with well-formed conclusions & recommendations
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner

Pay & Benefits:

  • £60K to £70K
