An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a well-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy in Winchester. This role suits someone ready to take ownership of projects while helping grow a successful and supportive regional team.
You’ll deliver projects across sectors including Healthcare, Education, Defence and Maritime, working autonomously while collaborating with other senior professionals on high-profile schemes.
Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
- Lead projects across all RIBA stages from inception to completion
- Develop and manage strong client relationships
- Provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to deliver successful outcomes
- Lead project teams and contribute to business growth and profile
- Support continuous improvement through process and technology
Skills & Experience of the Senior Project Manager:
- Proven Senior Project Manager experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery
- Ability to lead projects and teams with autonomy
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Degree qualified (desirable) and ideally chartered or working towards (RICS, APM or CIOB)
- Sector experience in Healthcare, Education, Defence or Maritime is beneficial
Salary & Benefits:
- £50,000 – £60,000 base salary
