Project Manager / Employers Agent

An excellent opportunity has come available for a Project Manager/ Employers Agent to join a small, growing practice based in Winchester. They are going through an exciting period of growth and are now looking to employ a Project Manager/ Employers Agent to lead on large bespoke residential projects and student accommodation schemes.

Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager / Employers Agent:

  • Support with pre contract and post contract client, developer and contractor meetings, taking and issuing minutes promptly
  • Undertake review of drawings and specification proposals from contractors and developers
  • Deal with/organising all pre-contract investigations, surveys and other due diligence issues required by Clients
  • Reviewing progress of works and preparing reports for clients
  • Arranging the execution of Contract Documents, Performance Bonds and Warranties
  • Carrying out snagging, arranging handover and end of defect period inspections

Skills & Experience of the Project Manager/ Employers Agent:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Employers Agent
  • MRICS or MCIOB would be beneficial but not essential
  • Good client facing, comfortable assisting with business development

Salary & Benefits:

  • £50-60k base salary (depending on experience)
