Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a highly respected and fast-growing construction consultancy, working as part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary project management team. This is a great role for someone looking to develop their project delivery skills in a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing environment.

Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of construction projects across various sectors including residential, defence, healthcare and education
  • Support the development of project documentation and reporting
  • Attend and chair meetings, producing reports for different stages of project delivery
  • Assist with feasibility studies, site investigations, and evaluations
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams, supporting design and procurement processes
  • Monitor and report contractor progress on site

Skills & Experience of the Project Manager:

  • Previous experience in a construction consultancy or project management role
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • A degree in a construction-related discipline is desirable (but not essential)
  • Ideally working towards or considering MAPM, MRICS, or MCIOB,
