A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a highly respected and fast-growing construction consultancy, working as part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary project management team. Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of construction projects across various sectors including residential, defence, healthcare and education
- Support the development of project documentation and reporting
- Attend and chair meetings, producing reports for different stages of project delivery
- Assist with feasibility studies, site investigations, and evaluations
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams, supporting design and procurement processes
- Monitor and report contractor progress on site
Skills & Experience of the Project Manager:
- Previous experience in a construction consultancy or project management role
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A degree in a construction-related discipline is desirable (but not essential)
- Ideally working towards or considering MAPM, MRICS, or MCIOB,
