- Quantity Surveyor – Hampshire / Hybrid
- £40,000 – £60,000 + Excellent Benefits
This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious construction consultancy delivering Quantity Surveying services on a wide variety of projects across the South. Working with developers, investors and private clients, you’ll provide both pre and post-contract cost management across sectors including prime residential, commercial, industrial, education, defence and heritage.

Role and Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Prepare cost plans and feasibility studies
- Manage procurement and tender processes
- Prepare bills of quantities and contract documentation
- Undertake cost reporting and change control
- Value works and agree final accounts
- Administer JCT and NEC contracts
- Support clients with commercial advice throughout project delivery
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and consultant teams
Skills & Experience:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS or working towards chartership
- Consultancy Quantity Surveying experience
- Good understanding of JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Client-focused with a proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
