An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate or Trainee Commercial Agency Surveyor to join a well-established and respected independent property consultancy on the South Coast. This role is perfect for a motivated graduate or someone with estate agency experience looking to begin a career in commercial property agency.
You’ll work alongside experienced agency professionals, gaining practical, hands-on experience across a variety of commercial sectors while supporting a broad range of client instructions.
Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate Commercial Agency Surveyor:
- Assisting with agency instructions across retail, industrial, office and mixed-use property
- Supporting the team in marketing, viewings and property valuations
- Preparing property particulars, marketing materials and research reports
- Liaising with clients, occupiers and stakeholders to support lettings and sales campaigns
- Undertaking market research and maintaining up-to-date data on local property activity
- Supporting senior surveyors in all aspects of commercial property agency work
Skills & Experience of the Graduate Commercial Agency Surveyor:
- Degree educated, ideally in Real Estate, Property, Business or a related discipline
- Keen interest in commercial property and agency work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence desirable
