An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Surveyor to join a fast-growing and forward-thinking commercial property advisory firm based on the South Coast.
The business specialises in advising landlords and occupiers across the office, industrial and retail markets, providing expert support on lease negotiations, rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals and asset management strategies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate or Property graduate looking to gain hands-on experience across agency, asset management and lease advisory, with support towards APC.
Role & Responsibilities of the Graduate Surveyor:
- Supporting commercial agency instructions including lettings and acquisitions
- Assisting with asset management of client portfolios
- Supporting rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations
- Assisting with inspections, viewings and market appraisals
- Conducting market research and preparing reports for clients
- Supporting marketing campaigns for available properties
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and professional advisors
- Assisting senior surveyors across a variety of client instructions
Skills & Experience of the Graduate Surveyor:
- Degree in Real Estate, Property, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in commercial property and surveying
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and willingness to learn
- Proactive, ambitious and team-oriented
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
