Estates & Facilities Support Officer – MDL Marinas

We’re pleased to be working exclusively with MDL Marinas to recruit an Estates & Facilities Support Officer to join their Estates Team. Based at their head office in Ocean Village, this role offers the chance to support the management of their diverse estate, including commercial and residential properties and marina facilities, while developing your career in a collaborative environment.

The business owns and operates 18 marinas across the South Coast, managing over 450 buildings and more than 350 tenants, ranging from industrial/workshop units to offices and food & beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Facilities Manager with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Repairs (RR), and statutory compliance
  • Be first point of contact for Estates enquiries, liaising with contractors, tenants, and internal teams
  • Assist with contractor appointments, purchase orders, invoices, and service charge budgets
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets
  • Coordinate meetings, property particulars, and ad hoc Estates projects
  • Support the trial and implementation of the FM platform, Infraspeak

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational and customer service skills
  • Experience in facilities or estates administration
  • Proactive problem-solving and teamwork
  • Strong IT skills

Salary & Benefits:

  • £30,000 – £35,000
