- Commercial Surveyor – Wimborne
- up to £50,000 salary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Surveyor to join a well-established and growing property consultancy. Based in Wimborne, this role offers the opportunity to help develop and grow the commercial property business across the eastern region, working with a diverse client base across Dorset, Hampshire and the wider South Coast.
This is a varied position offering exposure to all aspects of commercial property, including agency, valuation, landlord and tenant matters and estate management. It would suit an ambitious surveyor looking to take ownership of client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of a successful commercial team.
Role and Responsibilities of the Commercial Surveyor:
- Sale and acquisition of commercial property
- Leasing and letting of commercial property
- Advising landlords and tenants on lease renewals, rent reviews and other landlord & tenant matters
- Undertaking commercial valuations for lending, probate, taxation and private clients
- Providing professional advice to a broad range of commercial clients
- Managing commercial property and estate management instructions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the growth of the commercial property department across the region
Skills & Experience of the Commercial Surveyor:
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- Registered Valuer status preferred
- Proven experience within commercial agency and surveying
- Strong understanding of commercial property markets
- Experience undertaking valuations and landlord & tenant work
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to generate and develop business opportunities
- Full UK driving licence
