Lease Advisory Surveyor – up to Director
Location: South Coast (Portsmouth / Southampton) / Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell following their recent acquisition of Keygrove Chartered Surveyors, bringing together two highly respected South Coast property firms. This strategic move has significantly strengthened their market presence, expanded their service offering, and created new opportunities for growth across the region.
Both businesses provide expertise across agency, valuation, asset management and landlord & tenant services. With a strong reputation and growing client base across Hampshire, Sussex and Dorset, they are now looking to appoint a Lease Advisory Surveyor up to Director level.
Role & Responsibilities of the Lease Advisory Surveyor:
- Advising on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructures
- Acting for both landlords and tenants across a varied commercial portfolio
- Negotiating lease terms and securing best outcomes for clients
- Providing strategic advice on lease events and asset performance
- Undertaking valuation instructions (depending on experience)
- Preparing reports and presenting advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to business development and growth of the service line
Skills & Experience of the Lease Advisory Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified (those close to sitting their APC assessment will also be considered)
- Experience in lease advisory / landlord & tenant matters
- Strong understanding of commercial property markets
- Proven negotiation and client-facing skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to provide pragmatic advice
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing business
