A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Associate Chartered Building Surveyor to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy in Bristol. This role is ideal for an ambitious surveyor looking to take the next step towards senior leadership while continuing to work hands-on across a diverse project portfolio.
You will play a key role in leading building surveying commissions, developing client relationships, and supporting the growth of the building surveying team.
Role & Responsibilities of the Associate Building Surveyor:
- Leading the delivery of building surveying services across multiple sectors
- Managing complex instructions including dilapidations, defect analysis and contract administration
- Overseeing project delivery from inception through to completion
- Preparing fee proposals and supporting business development activities
- Managing and mentoring junior surveyors and APC candidates
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Skills & Experience of the Associate Building Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified
- Strong consultancy experience within building surveying
- Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships
- Leadership and mentoring capability
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits:
- £65,000 – £70,000 base salary
