An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join a growing consultancy in their Winchester office. Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager:
- Deliver pre- and post-contract project management services
- Oversee design coordination, procurement, and contract administration
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues before they impact delivery
- Manage programmes, budgets, and project risks
- Lead teams and maintain client relationships
Skills & Experience of the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager:
- MCIOB, MRICS, APM (or working towards)
- Minimum 2 years’ consultancy project management experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
- Skilled in cost control, risk management, and project delivery
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Salary & Benefits:
- £40,000 – £60,000
