Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join a growing consultancy in their Winchester office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering meaningful projects across a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, education, infrastructure, residential, and hospitality.

Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager:

  • Deliver pre- and post-contract project management services
  • Oversee design coordination, procurement, and contract administration
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues before they impact delivery
  • Manage programmes, budgets, and project risks
  • Lead teams and maintain client relationships

Skills & Experience of the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager:

  • MCIOB, MRICS, APM (or working towards)
  • Minimum 2 years’ consultancy project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
  • Skilled in cost control, risk management, and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary & Benefits:

  • £40,000 – £60,000
