Are you an experienced General Practice Surveyor looking to advance your career? A new opportunity is available to join a small, boutique consultancy that specialise in providing property advice to the healthcare sector.
They provide a full range of property advice, covering landlord & tenant work, property management, valuation, development and investment.
Key role & responsibilities of the Surveyor:
- Landlord & Tenant Work – Handling lease negotiations, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
- Property Management – Overseeing the management of properties, ensuring compliance with leases and regulations.
- Valuation & Advisory Services – Experience dependent assist with valuation and development advice
- Client Liaison – Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and key stakeholders.
Skills & experience:
- Qualified surveyor (MRICS preferred or working towards accreditation).
- Experience in landlord & tenant matters and/or property management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & benefits:
- £30,000 – £50,000 base salary (depending on experience)
