Senior Project Manager

An established and forward-thinking property and construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Teddington office. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, and public sector projects.

You’ll be delivering high-quality, client-facing project management services on complex schemes from feasibility to completion, acting as a key point of contact between stakeholders and delivery teams.

Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects across different sectors
  • Lead project planning, procurement, programme management, and budget control
  • Act as contract administrator under JCT and/or NEC contracts
  • Develop strong client relationships and oversee stakeholder engagement
  • Support the development of junior team members
  • Ensure projects meet key time, cost, and quality targets

Skills & Experience of the Senior Project Manager:

  • Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction, or related discipline
  • MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards professional chartership
  • Proven experience delivering projects within a consultancy or client-side environment
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, programmes, and financial management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
