An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Surveyor to join a well-established and highly regarded residential surveying practice operating across the South East. The role is home-based covering Worthing, Brighton and Chichester.
The business specialises in providing high-quality residential valuation and surveying services, with a strong reputation for professionalism, technical expertise and client care. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Residential Surveyor.
This role would suit an AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified surveyor looking for autonomy, flexibility and a strong pipeline of work within a supportive environment.
Role & Responsibilities of the Residential Surveyor:
- Undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys
- Carrying out residential valuations in accordance with Red Book standards
- Producing clear, concise and professional reports
- Providing expert advice to clients on residential property matters
- Maintaining high standards of compliance and technical accuracy
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Skills & Experience of the Residential Surveyor:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- Experience carrying out residential surveys and valuations – training for Level 3 surveys can be provided
- Strong technical understanding of residential construction and defects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence
