An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Valuation Surveyor to join a well-established, independent property consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality valuation services across London and the South.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of work including secured lending, taxation, legal purposes, and specialist valuations across residential, commercial, development and land assets.
The company is happy to support and train candidates with residential valuation experience who are looking to develop their commercial valuation skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Undertake Red Book valuations for a range of purposes including secured lending, SIPP, tax, and probate
- Carry out inspections and produce accurate, well-supported valuation reports
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, accountants, and private clients
- Assist with expanding valuation instructions and maintaining client relationships
- Maintain RICS compliance and professional standards
Skills & Experience:
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
- RICS Registered Valuer (or working towards)
- Residential or commercial valuation experience
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
