Senior Estates Surveyor

An exciting Client Side opportunity for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join an experienced and ambitious team providing a commercial focussed asset management service. They manage a diverse portfolio covering office, retail and industrial assets. Depending on experience the role can be biased towards commercial property management or valuation. 

Role & responsibilities for Senior Estates Surveyor:
  • Undertaking all aspects of property asset management in order to maximise value and income
  • Provide reports and valuations of property across the Council’s portfolio and undertake valuations for asset and other purposes, including insurance valuation
  • Rent reviews
  • Lease renewals
  • Lettings
  • Preparing service charge budgets and reconciliations

Skills & Experience of the Senior Estates Surveyor:

  • MRICS is desirable but not essential
  • 3-5 years plus commercial property management experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
Salary & Benefits:
  • £45,000 – £55,000
  • Option of flexible working
