Project Manager

A leading property and construction consultancy are looking to recruit a Project Manager to strengthen their team in their Winchester office. Their service offering falls within 4 main categories – commercial, residential, public, and private sectors.  The successful candidate will be driven and want to question, learn, and improve with a strong emphasis on internal and external relationships. 

Role and responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Take projects from inception to completion
  • Writing project briefs, consultant specifications
  • Appointment of external consultants and contractors
  • Supervision of external consultants
  • Cost control and financial management of projects

Skills and experience of the Project Manager:

  • MRICS qualified or working towards
  • Experienced in housing/commercial development/higher education/health
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experienced in leading and growing a team of Project Managers

Salary and benefits:

  • £35k – £55k
