Project Manager

A leading construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen their team. Established for over 80 years, this medium sized company has an enviable reputation for delivery of successful projects throughout the UK and provide services including Quantity Surveying and Cost Management, Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Building Surveying. Their projects range in value from £100K to £100M, across a diverse range of sectors including retail, industrial, residential and hotels.

Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Establish detailed client brief
  • Manage and supervise contractors
  • Chair progress meetings
  • Manage post-completion phase
  • Client facing, ensuring high standard of technical delivery

Skills & Experience of the Project Manager: 

  • Ideally RICS, CIOB or APM
  • Worked for a consultancy or end user
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
  • Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious

Salary & Benefits:
