Graduate Building Surveyor

A forward thinking, legal and professional services group is seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to strengthen their team in Reigate.

This is a project bias role, to inspect and provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of all types of buildings and sites, along with carrying out acquisition surveys, condition reports, measured surveys and defect investigations; and preparing reports, schedule of works and works specifications.

Skills & Experience of the Graduate Building Surveyor

  • Degree in Building Surveying
  • Able to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and written skills
