Employer’s Agent

A modern and forward thinking multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking an Employer’s Agent to strengthen their team in the Thames Valley. Established over 30 years ago, they work for a broad range of clients across the private and public sectors, providing a full suite of property and construction consultancy solutions.

Role & Responsibilities of the Employer’s Agent:

  • Delivery of the full spectrum of post contract services primarily on façade remedial schemes.
  • Attend progress meetings and produce meeting minutes.
  • Undertake all day-to-day administrative duties on the delivery of projects under the terms of JCT, Design and Build, etc.
  • Successfully manage the handover process including undertaking pre-handover inspections.
  • Manage post-completion activities including end of defect rectification period inspections and agreement of final account.

Skills & Experience of the Employer’s Agent: 

  • Possess a Construction / Surveying qualification.
  • Full driving licence
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £50K – £65K
