Based in Southampton, Keygrove is a leading independent property consultancy with a strong reputation for providing expert advice and delivering exceptional client service across the commercial property sector.
This senior leadership role includes the rare opportunity to take an equity stake in the business, enabling you to play a pivotal role in the firm’s future success.
Role & Responsibilities of the Director of Commercial Agency:
- Oversee and grow the Commercial Agency department, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Manage the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and investment properties
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice on property transactions
- Lead market research and analysis to ensure strategic decision-making for clients
- Mentor and develop junior team members
Skills & Experience of the Director of Commercial Agency:
- MRICS qualified (desirable but not essential)
- Proven track record in commercial agency in the region
- Strong business development skills and a network of contacts within the local market
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
