New opportunity for a building surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy, based out of their Wimborne office. They undertake a broad range of work with various residential and commercial clients. The role is joining a small, supportive building surveying team and will offer the surveyor autonomy to manage their own workload.
Role & Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:
- Specifications, project management and contract administration on various projects
- Development fund monitoring
- Defect diagnosis and reporting
- Residential pre-purchase surveys (private instructions – level 2 and level 3’s)
Skills & Experience of the Building Surveyor:
- MRICS or AssocRICS is essential
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Willingness to help develop the department and assist with graduates
