Associate / Senior Cost Manager

A leading construction and engineering consultancy is seeking an Associate / Senior Cost Manager to join their team. They have a large portfolio of exciting development opportunities across both the private and public sectors, covering small to large scale from feasibility stage to completion.

Role & Responsibilities of the Associate / Senior Cost Manager:

  • Pre and post contract cost management, including setting budgets, managing change, assessing risk and opportunity and procurement.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams across various offices.
  • Engage with clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Deliver projects to a high-quality standard.

Skills & Experience of the Associate / Senior Cost Manager: 

  • Experience managing internal and external project teams.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working on major projects.
  • Ability to obtain SC clearance.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £50K – £75K (dependent on experience)
