Role & Responsibilities of the Associate Project Manager:
- Developing and maintaining new and existing business opportunities
- Leading and delivery of Project Management services to clients across various sectors and project stages
- Leading and management of multidisciplinary teams of internal and external design consultants
- Manage existing client relationships and develop further opportunities
- Build and maintain great teams
- Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
- Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects – including monthly progress reports
- Assist with conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc
- Monitoring the performance of contractors including contract administration (NEC3/4 and/or JCT)
- Arrange, attend, chair and record meetings as appropriate
- Provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with the client
Skills & Experience of the Associate Project Manager:
- The ability to lead successful delivery of often more than one project and manage client relationships, including business development
- A minimum of 10 years Construction project management and manging professional teams experience required
- Experience in delivering presentations and client facing with a positive attitude.
- Experience in report writing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- RICS/CIOB accredited degree and/or chartered.
