A firm of Quantity Surveyors, based in Slough are looking to recruit an Assistant Project Manager to strengthen their team. They are well established as a specialist firm of construction consultants in the fields of quantity surveying, project management and dispute services. Their clients are varied and represent all sectors of private and public commerce. They are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to manage construction and building works relating to the installation of medical equipment in hospitals.
Role & Responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager:
- Act as Employers Agent
- Project monitoring
- Scheduling and programming works
- Progress chasing
- Client facing, ensuring high standard of delivery.
Skills & Experience of the Assistant Project Manager:
- QS background an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Building relationships
- Prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
Salary & Benefits:
- £25,000 to £40,000
